After hours call script

  • Collect driver name, truck number, trailer number and location
  • Collect details about the reported problem (ex: AC is blowing warm air, no heat in the sleeper, etc.)
  • Advise driver we will be calling them back shortly with instructions for the repair work
  • Request permission for repairs in “after hours channel” and if granted direct driver to nearest TA or Love’s truckstop
  • Follow Truckstop Service Shop Protocol
