      Air leak

      After hours call script

      • Collect driver name, truck number, trailer number and location
      • Ask driver if truck is operable (able to move)
      • Ask driver if they able to hear where the leak is coming from
      • If driver is able to identify where the leak is coming from, ask them to send a picture if possible
      • If truck is operable, direct driver to closest TA or Love’s truckstop and follow Truckstop Service Shop Protocol
      • If truck is inoperable, locate the nearest TA or Love’s (within 50 miles) and call them to request mobile service, following Mobile Service Protocol
