After hours call script

  • Collect driver name, truck number, trailer number and location
  • Confirm which appointment driver is inquiring about (ex: current load, following load, pickup, delivery)
  • Find load in Kamion and check if appointment information is entered. If its missing, pull the confirmation file and check on there. If appointment information is missing on the confirmation as well, proceed to call customer and ask them.
  • Advise driver of appointment and solve ticket.
