Check Engine Fault

After hours call script

• Collect driver name, truck number, trailer number and location
• Ask driver to send a picture of the fault code displayed on the dashboard
• Ask driver if the truck is driving normally or they can feel something is wrong
• Advise driver we will be calling them back shortly with further instructions
• Keep in mind truckstop service shops are not able to help with Check Engine Faults
