      Coolant (Antifreeze) leak

      After hours call script

      • Collect driver name, truck number, trailer number and location
      • Ask driver how big the leak is (ex: just a drip, a puddle, or a serious leak)
      • Ask driver if they are able to see where the leak is coming from
      • Ask driver to send a picture of the leak
      • If reported leak is low and manageable (just a drip), direct driver to nearest TA or Love’s and follow Truckstop Service Shop Protocol
      • If leak is serious, locate the nearest TA or Love’s (within 50 miles) and call them to request mobile service, following Mobile Service Protocol
