Damaged/rejected freight report

After hours call script

  • Collect driver name, truck number, trailer number and location
  • Confirm the receiver name to be sure you are looking at the proper load
  • Ask driver to take and send pictures of damaged/rejected freight
  • Ask for details about what the damaged product is and how many pallets or boxes are damaged
  • Advise driver that dispatch will contact the customer and call them back shortly.
