After hours call script

• Collect driver name, truck number, trailer number and location
• Confirm the receiver name to be sure you are looking at the proper load
• Find load in Kamion and check if delivery number is entered. If it is missing, pull the confirmation file and check on there. If delivery number is missing from the confirmation as well, proceed to call customer and ask them.
• Advise driver of delivery number and solve ticket
