      Did not receive paycheck

      After hours call script

      • Collect driver name and truck number
      • Find out which paycheck is missing (example: current week, previous week, etc.)
      • If the call is received after hours or on the weekend, advise the driver that accounting will be notified and will contact them with a resolution at the start of the next business day
      • If call is received during regular business hours, advise driver, accounting will be reaching back to them shortly with a resolution
