After hours call script
- Collect driver name and truck number
- Find out which statement is missing (ex: current week, previous week, etc.)
- If the call is received after hours or on the weekend, advise the driver that accounting will be notified and will contact them with a resolution at the start of the next business day
- If call is received during regular business hours, advise driver, accounting will be reaching back to them shortly with a resolution
