      DOT Inspection Report (tickets,violations,OOS, etc.)

      After hours call script

      • Collect driver name, truck number, trailer number and location
      • Ask driver to take and send a picture of the ticker/violation/inspection report
      • Collect details about the violation reported
      • Find out if the driver/vehicle have been placed OOS (Out of Service) by the DOT
      • If OOS advise driver that we will be calling them back shortly with instructions.
