Drug-Free Workplace Policy

Logiflex has an obligation to its personnel, customers, and the public at large to reasonably ensure safety in our workplace and on the road. The Drug and Alcohol (D&A) use, abuse and testing policies set forth in this section are intended to meet DOT requirements specified in Title 49 CFR Part 382. Logiflex reserves the right to be more stringent in its policies and procedures and therefore the following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disciplinary action, including termination/cancellation of employment: reporting to work under the influence of intoxicating liquor or illegal drugs; the use, possession, manufacture, sale, purchase, transfer, transport by an individual in/on company premises or property (including storage in a desk, locker, vehicle, etc.), while on company business work time, of all intoxicating liquor, controlled or illegal substances, a drug not medically authorized, or any other substances that may impair job performance or pose a hazard to the safety and welfare of the individual, the public, or other Company personnel or representatives.
