      After hours call script

      • Collect driver name, truck number, trailer number and location
      • Ask driver for a description of the problem (ex: lights don’t work, electrical outlets inside the truck don’t work, etc.)
      • If problem involves lights, direct driver to nearest TA or Love’s truckstop and follow Truckstop Service Shop Protocol
