      Fuel cards

      After hours call script

      • Collect driver name, truck number, trailer number and location
      • If driver has a question about how to use the Fuel card, advise them they only need to enter “UNIT NUMBER” and “DRIVER ID”. Both these numbers are the same and they are the truck number. Example: If driver is assigned truck #150, his unit number is 150 and his driver id is also 150.
      • If driver is asking what locations accept the fuel cards, advise them that cards are accepted at all major truck stops: TA/Petro, Love’s and Pilot/Flying J.
      • If driver is reporting a lost fuel card, advise them we will be calling them back shortly with instructions
