      FYX Fleet

      Instruct driver to call FYX Fleet ONLY in the following emergency situations

      ONLY CALL FYX FOR PROBLEMS BETWEEN 10PM AND 6AM

      1. Truck is inoperable on the side of the road (needs towing)
      2. Truck is stuck in mud/snow/ice (needs a tow truck to winch them out)
      3. Driver is reporting a flat tire while loaded with a hazmat load. EXCEPTION: Driver is already at a truckstop that has a service shop. If that is the case, we will use the truckstop service shop to replace the tire.
      4. Driver is reporting a flat steer tire. EXCEPTION: Driver is already at a truckstop that has a service shop. If that is the case, we will use the truckstop service shop to replace the tire
      5. Truck or Trailer has been placed OOS (out of service) at a DOT weigh station and unable to move until repairs are completed
