How Rate calculator works Rate Calculator is a tool that provides the customers with an instantaneous quote of a freight. If you own a trucking company and you want your customers to check the load rate before booking a shipment then try this out:

1. Register your organisation: https://tms.kamion.io/rate-calculator-setup

2. Upload logo and select your color:

3. Use the rate calculator and rate manager links

4. Click Move to Rate manager and modify the rates for each lane

5.Click Move to Rate calculator and you will be placed to the following screen:

6.You can send the link to your customers so they can check their rates.

7.Your customer should enter pick up, drop off and load type then click Quote:

8. After that your customer have to click Book now and enter phone/e-mail then Submit

Then at the end your customer will see: "Thank you! We will get in touch with you shortly" and your trucking company manager will get an email.
