After Hours Team instructions

1. Locate nearest available TA/Petro or Love’s/Speedco:

2. Once you have located nearest truckstop, call them and request mobile service sent to your driver by providing them with our company account number. Advise service shop to use the truck or trailer number repaired as a PO and/or reference number.

3. Provide mobile service with the following information:

  • Exact location of vehicle
  • Driver name
  • Driver phone number
  • Truck and Trailer Number
  • Description of the problem (as much detail as possible)

4. Make sure to only authorize services that you personally requested (example: replace tire, fix leaking hose etc). Instruct service shop to call you for additional authorization if they discover other defects or driver makes requests you did not previously authorize.

5. Request an estimate for arrival of mobile service and stay in constant communication with both the service shop and driver in order to ensure timely service
