      Overweight report

      After hours call script

      • Collect driver name, truck number, trailer number and location
      • Verify which load driver is overweight on
      • Find out if driver is calling from a truckstop scale house or Weigh Station facility
      • If at weigh station find out if vehicle was placed OOS (out of service)
      • Ask driver to take and send a picture of the scale ticket
      • Advise driver we will be calling them back shortly with further instructions
