Pre-Employment Testing

All applicants will be required to submit and pass a drug test before hiring.

Where allowable by state and local laws, all applicants will be required to submit to and pass a
drug test. Testing will be conducted for all prospective drivers in an indiscriminate manner.
Logiflex Trucking Inc. has contracted with MED-STOP to conduct this testing.


Any applicant hired or contracted with by Logiflex Trucking Inc. will be directed to the MEDSTOP,
at Company expense, to undergo Pre-Employment/Post-Offer drug testing. The MEDSTOP will release the results to the Company representative who in turn will notify the
candidate of the results.


All drivers will be tested for the use of prohibited substances prior to performing any safety-sensitive
functions for the first time as required by the FMCSA.


If the results of the drug test are positive, the Medical Review Officer (MRO) will review the
report and contact the applicant to determine if any extenuating circumstances, relevant at the
time of the test, could have resulted in a false positive. The MRO will determine if the applicant
will be re-tested. If an applicant refuses to submit to a test, the applicant will no longer be
considered a viable candidate.
