      Reefer repair

      After hours call script

      • Collect driver name, truck number, trailer number and location
      • Ask driver if trailer is loaded
      • Ask driver if reefer engine is running
      • Ask driver what temperature the load is supposed to run at and what temperature reefer is currently running at
      • Advise driver we will be reaching out shortly with further instructions
