Reefer temperature

After hours call script

• Collect driver name, truck number, trailer number and location
• Confirm shipper name to be sure you are looking at the proper load
• If driver says shipper is instructing them to set a temperature different from previous instructions or is unsure what temperature to set the reefer at, ALWAYS call broker and ask them how to proceed. Record the name of the broker giving you those instructions.
• Advise driver how to proceed
