Reimbursement missing

After hours call script

  • Collect driver name and truck number
  • Find out what reimbursement is missing ,what the amount is, when it was submitted and how it was submitted (ex: motel room from last weekend for $85, sent picture to dispatcher)
  • If the call is received after hours or on the weekend, advise the driver that accounting will be notified and will contact them with a resolution at the start of the next business day
  • If call is received during regular business hours, advise driver, accounting will be reaching back to them shortly with a resolution
