After hours call script

  • Collect driver name and truck number
  • Find out details about expense claimed and request that driver takes and sends a picture of the receipt
  • If the call is received after hours or on the weekend, advise the driver that accounting will be notified and will contact them with a resolution at the start of the next business day
  • If call is received during regular business hours, advise driver, accounting will be reaching back to them shortly with a resolution
