      Steer tire (one of 2 front tires of the truck)

      After hours call script

      • Collect driver name, truck number, trailer number and location
      • Ask for a picture of the flat tire
      • Advise driver that we will be sending him mobile service and we’ll call him back shortly with an update
      • Locate the closest TA or Loves (within 50 miles) and call them to request mobile service following the Mobile Service Protocol and Flat Tire Protocol
