Truck inoperable

After hours call script

• Collect driver name, truck number, trailer number and location
• Ask driver to explain what lead to the truck becoming inoperable (ex: engine fault code warning appeared, heard loud noise and lost power etc.)
• Advise driver we will be reaching out shortly with further instructions
