      Truck will not start (Batteries, Alternator, Starter)

      After hours call script

      • Collect driver name, truck number, trailer number and location
      • Confirm driver is unable to start the truck
      • If parked at a truckstop ask driver if there is a service shop at that location. If so, ask them to check in to the shop and follow Truckstop Service Shop Protocol.
      • If a service shop is not available at the premises ,advise driver we will send help and will call them back shortly with further instructions
      • If no shop on location, locate the nearest TA or Love’s (within 50 miles) and call them to request mobile service, following Mobile Service Protocol
