      Unassigned Driving Events

      With the ELD mandate in full effect since December 6th, 2019, FMCSA officials are focusing on HOS Compliance.

      Drivers need to make sure there are no unassigned driving events on their ELDs, make sure when prompted for unassigned driving events to accept or reject the unassigned driving time. If you accept the unassigned driving it is going to be added to your logs. By rejecting the unassigned event will alert and enable the back office to assign these events to the proper person.

      If there are more than one event, make sure to accept or reject all of them one by one.
