When do I need to contact the dispatcher?

When to contact your dispatcher

  1. Text or call your dispatcher to confirm you have received dispatch information. Make sure you have addresses, phone numbers, and appointment times for both shippers and receivers and all of your loads.
  2. Check-in with your dispatcher once you arrive at the shipper.
  3. If not loaded within 2 hours of arriving/appointment, you need to let your dispatcher know.
  4. Stay in close contact with your dispatchers and warn them of any situations that might cause a service failure (for instance, damaged loads).
  5. Routine maintenance such as PM service and tire changes need to be preplanned with your dispatcher during business hours.
  6. Drives can use their Fleet One Card for fueling, maintenance, purchase of fluids, brooms, wiper blades, and other small parts, all approved by a dispatcher.
  7. When traveling to Idaho, it is essential to check the map before your journey. You need to contact the Safety Manager (safety@logilexinc.com) or Dispatch Manager to obtain a physical permit.
  8. Once in two weeks, please take pictures of the truck and trailers' tires, and send it to your dispatcher.
  9. ALWAYS take a picture of the DVER (Driver Vehicle Examination Reports) and send it to your dispatcher the same day when you did the inspection. The original, please send it in the trip pack within one week.
  10. If placed Out of Service, notify your dispatcher immediately.
