Clean Roadside Inspection Bonus:
- $100 bonus for every clean Roadside Inspection level II and III
- $150 bonus for every clean Roadside Inspection level I
- $500 bonus for receiving three clean Roadside Inspections in 30 days.
Quarterly Bonuses –drivers employed by Logiflex are eligible for quarterly safety bonuses if they meet specific criteria. For safely completing 33,000 miles or more, every quarter, the company increases driver pay to 0.60c per mile for that quarter, provided there are no safety violations as detailed below:
- Hours of Service Violations for the eligible period.
- Overuse or unreasonable use of the Personal Conveyance Time, according to the Company Personal Conveyance Policies and Procedures for the eligible period.
- Having alcohol or illegal drugs on company property
- Refusal for drug and alcohol testing.
- Preventable accidents/incidents for the eligible period.
- Failure to report an accident/incident to your supervisor within two hours.
- Failure to report DOT violation or warning
- Refusal or failure to turn in traffic citation within one week
- Speeding alerts over 72 mph (±3 mph) for the eligible period.
- Speeding Violations
- Driving with an expired, suspended, or altered license.
- Expired or not submitted to the correspondent authorities Medical Card.
- Reckless or Careless driving violation
- Violations resulting in an Out-of-Service order
- All other moving violations
- Failure to properly secure the load per DOT requirements
- Work assignment refusal
- Violations related to improper placarding.
- Failure to check tires resulting in a damaged tire(s).
- Failure to comply with the Tire Check Reporting System, implemented by the company.
- Failure to perform pre/post-trip inspection, brake inspection.
